“Breath of Fire (Alone in the Cosmos)” is a song by the progressive rock band Captain Beyond. It appears as the sixth track on their album, Dawn Explosion. Captain Beyond was formed by ex-DEEP PURPLE singer Rod Evans, ex-IRON BUTTERFLY guitarists Larry Reinhart and Lee Dorman, and ex-Johnny Winter drummer Bobby Caldwell in 1972.
